We accept AARP, Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Connecticare, Harvard Pilgrim Health, Humana, Oxford, United Healthcare, United American and USAA.
We participate in Medicare as well as the Commercial Medicare programs through Aetna, Connecticare and United Healthcare.
We do not participate in the any of the state programs such as Title 19 or Husky unless it is a secondary insurance to Medicare.
If your insurance carrier requires a referral for a specialit visit from your primary care physician, it is your responsibility to obtain it or you will be asked to reschedule.
If you are covered by an insurance not listed above, contact your carrier directly to inquire about our participation status. We may submit to your insurance company, but the benefits may be paid as an “out of network” claim requiring you to pay the majority of the service through coinsurance or the deductible.
